Eco Banchou is a member of Dark Student Council.
Plot[]
Eco Banchou was first seen in the meeting of the Dark Student Council, where Takeshi told them that he have taken control of Japan. He was seen with Meiko Arenji riding on his shoulder.
Later Eco with the other Dark Student Council members was destroying the houses of innocent people and then declared now this piece of land will be the place their sleep. He was again seen destroying a graveyard to turn it into a field to grow food for Nourinsuisan Banchou. He was seen together with Gekitotsu Banchou and Nourinsuisan Banchou when he sees a beaten up Rai, he comments that Rai's and Tsukimi's body would make good environmentally-friendly fertilizer. When he tries to take Tsukimi to the tree-planting camp, Machine Banchou came in and defeated Eco Banchou by landing on top of him.
